Today is Malaysia’s 51st Year National Day (in our Bahasa Malaysia, we call it “Merdeka”, which means Independence Day), the above is our logo for this celebration. It falls on Sunday, therefore 1^st of September 2008 is a replacement holiday. Usually, parents expect their children and grand children to travel from working out of town and back to hometown for gathering. Or, we bring our family with parents to travel.
